Any citizen who
sees a need to notify the City of a concern or an existing
problem regarding a service can contact Terry Klein in the City
Manager’s Office at 270-2400 ext. 31.
Ms. Klein will
record the information on to a tracking system known as “Better
Place” and will follow through to ensure the situation is
handled in a timely manner. Examples of citizen concerns are as
follows, but are not limited to these types of issues:

violation/enforcement

drainage

flooding

debris or road
repair

malfunctioning
streetlight

street
signage/replacement and utility bill
