Patrol Car Color Change
The Neptune Beach Police Department is changing the color of their patrol cars from white to black. The cars will have a new reflective logo that will make them easier to see, especially at night. All police cars in Duval County are white and frequently cross through each others jurisdictions. If you didn’t know the graphics used by each agency, you would not know whose car you were looking at unless you got close to it. The Neptune Beach Police Department currently has three of the new units in service and will gradually phase in the rest over the period of a year. Click on image to view larger version.

As Police Officers, we are committed to proactive crime prevention. Although strongly service oriented, we are dedicated to aggressive law enforcement and to the lawful and ethical performance of our duties as defined by legitimate authority.

We believe it is the responsibility of all members of this department to assist and support each other with the accomplishment of our primary mission – protection and service.
