SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Neptune Beach, will be held Monday, October 18, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach. To see the agenda go to:

The Council Workshop will follow the Special Meeting.
