Community Development Board

About Us

The Community Development Board was established by Ordinance No. 2010-14 to assist the City with the development, implementation and maintenance of its Comprehensive Plan. The CDB reviews and recommends action to the City Council on special exceptions, land use policies and preliminary development plans. The CDB is also established to hear administrative appeals and applications for variances.
