Utility Bill Payment

Online utility bill payment is now available! On your next utility bill, you will see a user ID and temporary password for use in signing up for online bill pay. Online payments made after 5:00pm on the due date will be credited the next business day. Use this link to sign up and pay your utility bill:

WARNING! The City of Neptune Beach has not authorized a company called DOXO to accept payments on our behalf.

If you prefer, you may still pay in person, by mail or by phone.

Water, Sewer, Garbage & Recycling

Apply for Service

Services available through the City of Neptune Beach. Download the Application for Water, Sewer, Garbage, Recycling & Storm Water here.

To apply for service, come to City Hall at 116 First Street and bring photo ID. Same day service is not available after 12:00pm noon. You may also email the Utility Billing Supervisor or mail City Hall with your application and a photocopy of picture identification.

Deposits

  • Ocean Oaks Apartment Complex: $150.00
  • Single Family Residential: $175.00 ($150.00 deposit & $25.00 set-up fee)

For all nonresidential consumers and all residential units that serve more than one (1) unit through one (1) master water meter, a deposit representing two (2) months' average charges for utility services, i.e., water, sewer, stormwater and garbage will be required in addition to the $25.00 set-up fee.

Set-up fee can be added to first bill if requested.

The City of Neptune Beach accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Money Order, Travelers Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Bank Drafting. You can also use your bank's bill pay service to send payments electronically.
