Kickoff Meeting, Phases 2 & 3, Comp Plan & LDC

Notice is hereby given that there will be a kickoff meeting for Phase 2 & 3: Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations Update with Dover, Kohl, & Partners on Friday, October 23, 2020, 9:30 a.m. This is Phase 2 & 3 of  the three-phase Community Vision Plan. The meeting will be held through the Zoom platform. The objectives of the kickoff meeting are to: Establish and discuss a more detailed schedule and timeline of events for the comp plan and land development regulations update, which will now be starting concurrently; discuss what additional base information is needed; create a list of additional local/regional agency and stakeholder meetings are necessary (if any) to get started; and answer any questions about next steps for these two new phases of work.
