Special Magistrate Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate of the City of Neptune Beach, Florida will conduct a hearing on Thursday, December 9th,  2021, at 11:00 a.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers at 116 First Street, Neptune Beach, Florida. The following is on the agenda:

1. Property Address: 2038 Cherokee Drive, Violation of Neptune Beach Code of Ordinances Section 27-335, Parking, storage or use of major recreational equipment.
2. Property Address: 705 Neptune Lane, Violation of Neptune Beach Code of Ordinance Section 13-5, Breach of the peace prohibited; unnecessary and excessive noises prohibited; Section 27-321,(Accessory Structures and Uses) Intent; and Section 27-332, Home Occupations.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Special Magistrate with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing the person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes   the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statute, persons with disabilities needing special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the City Clerk’s Office no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing.
