City Council-Shade Meeting

Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Neptune Beach will conduct an attorney-client session on the following litigation: Huron-Sophia, L.L.C v. The City of Neptune Beach on Monday, December 2, 2019, at 5:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Conference Room, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach, Florida.  The attorney-client session shall commence at an open meeting at which the Mayor or City Attorney will announce the commencement and estimated length of the attorney-client session and the names of the persons attending. The public may not attend the attorney-client session.  At the conclusion of the attorney-client session, the meeting will be reopened, and the Mayor will announce the termination of the session.

In attendance will be Mayor Elaine Brown, Vice Mayor Fred Jones, Councilors Kerry Chin, Josh Messinger, Scott Wiley, City Attorneys Zachary Roth and Terrell Arline (via phone), Interim City Manager Leon Smith, and Phipps Reporting, Court Reporter.

The Regular City Council meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m.
