The City Council and the public are invited to attend the ribbon-cutting and groundbreaking ceremony of the East Coast Greenway Trail on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. The ceremony will take place at Jarboe Park at the intersection of 5th Street and Florida Boulevard.
