Alcohol Sales Time Restriction Lifted Effective Monday, September 14

Alcohol

The cities of Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Neptune Beach continue to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic at the local level and are working to provide residents and visitors with the safest environment possible, while also working to ensure that our business community can continue to thrive.

Beginning Monday, September 14, restaurants and bars in the cities of Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Neptune Beach will be allowed to serve alcohol until 2:00 a.m., replacing the current cut-off time of midnight (12:00 a.m.). Establishments must still adhere to social distancing guidelines, maximum capacity rules, and Duval County face-covering requirements.

We ask that businesses and individuals remain diligent in adhering to the established guidelines to ensure that the COVID-19 numbers continue to decrease in our communities.
