With COVID-19 cases on the rise in Duval County and the scarcity of appointments in the city, Telescope Health has established a COVID Testing Site with funding from the City of Jacksonville in Neptune Beach, located at 540 Atlantic Blvd, Neptune Beach, FL 32266 (former Kmart Parking Lot).

Open from 7am-3pm Monday through Friday

Closed from 12:00pm-12:30pm daily

Providing Rapid Antigen Covid testing. PCR testing to follow soon

No out of pocket charge

Drive thru testing only

No appointment is necessary

Available for ages 3 years old and up

If you are insured, you must bring a copy of your insurance card*

If uninsured, you will be required to provide your social security number**
