The National Complete Streets Coalition, a program of Smart Growth America, today released the Best Complete Streets Policies of 2018 which recognized the hard work by the City of Neptune Beach to draft and institute a new Complete Streets Policy, naming it one of the ten best in the country passed in 2018.
