There are several ways for a customer to report a streetlight problem:
Call: Neptune Beach City Hall, 8AM - 5PM, M-F - (904) 270-2400 - we'll report it for you
Call: Beaches Energy Dispatch - (904) 247-6171
Visit: www.beachesenergy.com - click 'Contact Us' and select 'report a streetlight problem'
Email: streetlights@beachesenergy.com
Whichever avenue you choose, we'll need some information from you:
Do you know the Pole Number?
If not, that's ok, an address, or an intersection will be just as good.
If the Pole has a number, it will be on a plate like the one in the picture below:
