REQUEST TO ADDRESS COUNCIL

If you wish to address items on the agenda, complete this form, and submit prior to beginning of meeting. Public comments will only be made in person during that portion of the meeting. Personal attacks, impertinent or slanderous remarks are not permitted.  All written comments received by the deadline, will be entered into the meeting record and distributed to Council before the meeting. Emails will be entered into the record and distributed to Council.
