In addition to looking at the existing state of commercial properties in Neptune Beach and high level commercial real estate market trends, this webinar will compare and contrast three unique redevelopment scenarios for the Atlantic Boulevard commercial corridor. Each scenario will be analyzed for it's potential impacts environmental and transportation.
