Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in the Neptune Beach City Hall Council Conference Room, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach. In attendance will be Mayor Elaine Brown, Councilor-Elect Lauren McPhaul and City staff. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss visioning and procedures.|
