Florida Boulevard to Close at 5th Street Beginning November 1st

On 11/1 Florida Blvd will be closed at 5th Street to both Westbound and Eastbound traffic lanes. This road closure will be for an extended period, while construction crews install culverts underground.
Those residents living off Florida Blvd. East of Penman Road to 5th Street will be able to access their homes with little interruption and likewise for those living West of 3rd Street to 5th Street.
Traffic will be detoured at Penman Road North to Atlantic Blvd. and South on Penman Road. Motorist are asked to avoid the Florida Blvd corridor between Penman Road and 3rd Street (A1A). Expect delays during peak traffic times.
