Hard Freeze Watch and Wind Chill Advisory In Effect

There is a Hard Freeze Watch and Wind Chill Advisory in effect for Duval County from late Friday night, Dec. 23 through Saturday morning, Dec. 24. An incoming cold front will bring several nights of cold temperatures over the Holiday Weekend. Temperature lows are expected to dip into the low to mid-20s across northeast Florida.  Neptune Beach encourages everyone to practice the "5 P's" of cold weather preparedness.
