Richard Pike Sworn in as New City Manager

Richard Pike was unanimously approved as Neptune Beach's City Manager at the Tuesday, June 20, 2023, Council meeting. He served as Chief of Police since 2016 and had been Interim City Manager since February 2023. We are excited for City Manager Pike in his new role and wish him the best.
