Fill out the form below to register. Please use the “Upload Documents” button at the bottom to upload a document confirming your residency. Only one document is required.

You may use any of the following items:

• Photo or copy of a valid Driver’s License or other government-issued photo ID.
• Photo or copy of your vehicle registration.
• A current utilities bill.

Your name and current residential address in Neptune Beach or Atlantic Beach must be on the document.
