SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING: Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Neptune Beach, will be held Monday, September 27, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach. The purpose of this meeting will be to adopt the FY2022 Millage Rate and Budget. There will also be the presentation of the FY2020 Budget.
